I think the TV picture is great.The touch remote sucks, when working properly it is quite unique.The Twin View is neat when it works.Only works when it wants to.Am going to contact Samsung for a new remote or a partial credit for the entire purchase price.

Overall this TV is epic, I'm surprised to see such poor reviews here as they are great elsewhere. This TV used to cost over 7 thousand dollars, I got mine for a hair over 1600! It has it's flaws, but overall it's worth it. Heres my take:
Cons- -TV Drops WiFi for no reason, LAN connection some how does not seem to help? Oh and the wifi isn't built in....includes an external adapter that hogs a usb port. -Remote has a learning curve -Bezel isn't super thin
Pros- -This TV is so thin it's like some kind of joke, It brings a smile to my face every time I walk by it. -Remote is epic once you get used to it, the twin view is awesome and I've never had any problems with it not working -The motorized physical touch sensitive button deck is slick -Picture is amazing, very impressive blacks for an edge lit, precision dimming at work I guess.

I purchased this TV from Best Buy and had almost the exact same experience as a previous reviewer. After about 40 days (10 days after the return period), it stopped responding to the remote and the picture began turning blank more and more frequently until eventually it just stayed blank. Dealing with Westinghouse is a nightmare. It took me several weeks of trying before I was able to speak with anyone. The only responses to my e-mails were auto generated and told me to call the same number that was in the product guide. After paying $80 to have it shipped, it shipped back about two weeks later and it was immediately clear it had not been repaired. When I called Westinghouse, after being on hold for 20 minutes the representative I spoke to could not have been ruder, I honestly think there is a warrantee process designed to give customers the run around until they give up. Maybe the worst purchase I've ever made.

Bought this TV from Best Buy also. Have had it installed for 3 weeks now. Previous TV was a LCD from Samsung that I had for about 3 years, and this particular TV is a replacement for that Samsung. At the time I bought it from BB, they were having a two day sale on all TV in stock, so I got this particular TV at a much reduced price. Since I have a small apartment and a small living room, this 32 inch TV is the perfect size for my small apartment living space. I would give this TV a five, but the reason I am giving this a four star rating is because when you switch between SD and HD channels, the TV gives you a message saying "Detecting Signal" for about 10 seconds before the picture come up. The Samsung I had before this one, didn't have that problem going from a 480i SD signal to a 1080i HD signal. This is my only complaint about this model. Other than that, it has wonderful picture and sound.

After a week of buying it from BB and having this in the bedroom, I have to say this is a good buy. I am running Netflix(at HD, I might add) and blurays from my player to this TV and it produces a great clear picture.
I run the regular broadcast thru a coax cable so the picture is what it is. I am no audiophile so the sound seems fine to me. I have the volume up about 1/8 and the mrs complain its too loud downstairs. Go figure. Besides, its hard to crank up the volume with kids sleeping a few feet away.
I hear there are problems with this brand so I purchased a warranty to be on the safe side.

The wall mount is great for my application, a large room, and mounted easily to the TV / wall. In medium to small rooms the tilt angle of +/- 10 degrees is not a problem due to the extended viewing angles of flat screen tv's.

Can't really complain about this product. It's currently holding up my Panasonic 32" HDTV just fine. If I had 1 complaint, it's the size of the holes you need to put in your wall to mount this bad boy. I'm planning on upgrading to a 42" in the coming weeks, hope to update results.
